By accessing and using XYROLIMS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While XYROLIMS takes reasonable steps to maintain reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute completeness of any output.
XYROLIMS supports laboratory operations but does not replace professional scientific judgment, internal validation procedures, or regulatory responsibilities. Users are responsible for final verification before making scientific, medical, or business decisions.
Platform Usage
You agree to use the website and platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, transmit malicious code, or upload unlawful content is strictly prohibited. XYROLIMS may restrict, suspend, or terminate access in case of misuse or policy violations.
Subscription Plans
XYROLIMS offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Elite plans. Plan access, features, and support levels vary by subscription tier.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected term and remain active through that billing cycle. Plan features and pricing may be updated for future cycles with prior notice on official channels.
Privacy & Security
We collect information required to deliver and improve services, such as contact details and organization data submitted through website forms. Data is processed with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and secure transmission practices.
XYROLIMS does not sell personal information. Where trusted service providers are used, they are contractually required to protect confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYROLIMS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, service interruption, or business impact arising from use of the platform.
Where legally applicable, total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the most recent subscription period.
Returns & Financial Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless otherwise required by law or approved due to verified billing errors, payments are non-refundable, including partially used periods.
Users must promptly report any suspected unauthorized transactions so that they may be investigated.
Restrictions
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized use.
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or network services.
- Reproduction or distribution of platform content without consent.
- Service interference, malware injection, or security probing.
- Reverse engineering or circumvention of platform limits.
Development
Custom development, add-ons, and third-party integrations may be offered under separate agreements, with dedicated scope, timelines, fees, and support terms.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property rights in custom components developed by XYROLIMS remain with XYROLIMS, and you are granted a limited license for authorized use within the platform.
Dispute Resolution
Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for up to 30 days. If unresolved, the matter is escalated to senior representatives for an additional 15 days.
If still unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kochi, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Subject to this arbitration clause, the courts in Kochi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
XYROLIMS may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
